Step 8 to Selling Your Home: It’s time to Pre-Market Your Home for Sale!

Remember that photo I took of your home the day of photography? That’s the photo I will use to begin marketing your home while we wait for the professional photos to be ready!  Below are some of the strategies my team and I will execute. We'll discuss which tactics make the most sense for your property and situation:

- Advertise your home via the Compass platform as an exclusive listing or in MLS as coming soon. This is a great way to expose your home to Realtors and their buyers before it goes on the market for showings.

- Send just listed e-cards to every Realtor in the area advertising your home as a new listing.

- Conduct a broker open.

- Schedule and advertise our first open house to take place the Sunday after your listing goes live in the MLS.

- Create and print professional brochures.

- Install a For Sale sign in front of your yard.

- Hang professional flyers outside your property which passersby can take for additional information.

- Put a lockbox on your property for showings.

As soon as the photos are back from the photographer (usually within 24-48 hours), your property will go live in the MLS!
