Step 6 to Selling Your Home: Deep Clean

It is best to have your home deep cleaned the day before or the morning of the photography appointment. We want your home to be sparkling clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, as nothing turns a buyer off more than a dirty home. If you prefer not to personally clean your home, we'd be happy to arrange for our cleaning professional to take care of it. She charges $300-$600, depending on the size of your home. If you'd like us to schedule this, just let us know, and we can handle setting up the appointment. All staging and repairs should be completed before the cleaning appointment.
