Our motto is it’s always best to negotiate any offer received. However, there are times where there isn’t and can’t be a meeting of the minds of both seller and buyer. In those cases, it is very disappointing, but you have to trust and believe that your Buyer is out there and unfortunately, this Buyer wasn’t him/her. The best thing we can do is move quickly and look forward. The showings, open houses and marketing will all continue. Stay positive. Hopeful and faithful. We’ll find the right buyer.
