At this stage, you’re likely feeling excited and optimistic—soon, we’ll begin scheduling showings. Now comes the most critical part of the process: identifying the right home.
You should already be receiving regular email updates and have access to your personalized Home Collection, which curates homes that match your preferences. Your engagement with this collection is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient search.
How to Navigate Your Home Collection
When you receive an update, please take a few moments to:
✅ Review All New Listings – Assess the homes added to your collection and categorize them based on your interest level.
✅ Mark Your Preferences –
"Favorite" homes you’d like to seriously consider.
"Not Interested" for homes that do not fit your criteria.
✅ Request Tours Promptly – If a home catches your eye, request a tour directly through the collection, and we will coordinate a showing within 24 hours of your request.
✅ Ask Questions – If you have any specific questions about a property, simply add them in the Comments section of your collection—we actively monitor these and will provide answers as quickly as possible.
Scheduling Showings
🔹 For homes you’re eager to see immediately, send us a quick email or text with your availability and the property addresses. We’ll do our best to arrange showings as soon as possible. However, keep in mind that most homes require 24 to 48 hours’ notice for scheduling, so same-day showings are rare.
🔹 Once your showings are scheduled, we will confirm the meeting time and location via email.
🔹 What to Bring & Expect at Showings:
Wear comfortable, slip-on shoes, as many homes will require you to remove them upon entry.
We’ll provide MLS listing sheets for each home ahead of time, so you can access details directly on your phone during the tours.
No need to bring anything except water or a snack if you anticipate a long tour day.
Beyond the Listings
While you’re reviewing your collection, we’ll also be leveraging our network—connecting with agents and colleagues to identify off-market and coming-soon properties that may be a perfect fit.
At this point, there is no need to continue searching on third-party sites like Zillow or Trulia—your Home Collection is designed to capture all relevant listings. However, if you happen to come across a home that is not appearing in your collection, let us know so we can adjust your search parameters accordingly.
